I chose Minh Phat Homestay because I wanted to visit the Cam Pho Temple, which was conveniently located nearby. But I was pleasantly surprised by the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, allowing me to enjoy a satisfying meal at the property.

Extra costs for bike rentals.

The guestrooms at Minh Phat Homestay were incredibly cozy and comfortable. I loved the air conditioning and the free WiFi, which made it easy to stay connected. The minibar was a nice touch too!

Personally, I found the flat-screen TV in some units to be unnecessary. But hey, that's just my opinion!

Tasty and generous breakfast with eggs, baguette, and fruit platter. Extended stay due to amazing city and homestay experience.

Place was beautiful and boutique and a short walk to Song Hoai Square. Very helpful staff made sure we had a relaxing stay for five nights. It was perfect and magnificent away from the tourist hub.

It's a pity but the bathroom was dirty.

Boutique and excellent apartment in Hoi An, nearBridge. Beautiful building, helpful staff. It had a private bathroom. Location was unbeatable and magnificent, and we had a wonderful stay for five nights.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning and a mini-fridge. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. the location was ideal, situated away from the noisy traffic but still within walking distance to all the attractions and amenities.

The cleanliness of the downstairs floors was not up to par. Despite the removal of footwear, the floors were not always clean and required more attention.

Everything here felt great, it was a TRULY MEMORABLE stay for five nights.

We recently stayed at a lovely homestay in Hoi An called Minh Phat. The friendly owners made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and we were treated to a wonderful dinner cooked by Minh and Thuy. They even provided free bikes for us to explore the nearby countryside and organized a fantastic tour. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the old town. We had a fantastic time and can't wait to come back.

The homestay is conveniently located, away from the noise but only a 5-10 minute walk to the old town. It is also situated in a charming green garden area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a family room option available with a balcony. Free bicycles are available, allowing guests to easily reach the beach in around 15 minutes. The breakfast is delicious, with options such as eggs, omelette, baguette, and a fruit platter.

Some furniture and a lamp in one of the bedrooms were a bit old and in need of repair.

The staff were just so friendly and helpful, I felt like royalty! The breakfast was simply divine, and they even upgraded my room to a luxurious suite.

Oh, but who needs a clean floor or a good night's sleep, right?

The accommodation was boutique located next to the markets and beach, awesome restaurant and a lovely garden, that's what I was expecting. All the rooms were new-fashioned with the dedicated balcony. Its location was unbeatable, not far from Japanese Covered Bridge.

It has particularly good setting in the charming green garden area. The stuff is amicable and attentive, the room is brand-new...
